Display brightness cannot be adjusted independently (sleep/general use)

Hello everyone,

has anyone noticed that if you select the brightness "Extremely Low" in the "Display" -> "While Sleeping" menu, the brightness in "General Use" is set back to "Low" (from medium f. ex.) and you can't change that?

If you set the brightness in "General Use" back to "medium", the brightness in "When Sleeping" also changes to "medium".

You can't get out of this cycle.
Can someone recreate that?
