Problem with black screen when calibrating compass

With the newest beta restart and black screen solved, but still black screen when calibrating compass. With back button display appears again.

Oli, can you verify if this did not occur before updating to 18.12? I am unable to replicate on beta.

Would either of you be able to capture this behavior on video and upload it to our Secure File Upload Tool?

for me it works now. Just Animation doesn't appear during calibration.

Just a thought here, but both during start up and compass calibration there are animations, could it have something to do with missing/corrupt "video" files? (I don't have these issues)

Uploaded. I've noticed recently my compass seems to be either spot on or a solid 10 degress off consistantly hence why I've noticed teh calibration issue on 18.12 still
