Is it possible to set the weather widget onto a hotkey ?
With a watch face that does complications, you can long press parts of the screen to open a number of widgets, Here's one for example

A press on the weather data opens that widget, on the heart rate, that widget, on steps, that one, on the icons, the notifcation widget, etc.
