FR 965 doesn’t update Recovery time

Usually after recording a Zwift session the 965 gives a Recovey Time accordingly. Today it started not doing so. Did a workout of around 100 load and the Recovery Time is 0h

The workout shows normally on Connect and on the training load screens

This should be fixed. Please let us know if you're still not seeing your Recovery Time.

Note: Heartrate and power data are present and the training effect is correctly calculated. Also the max heartrate is correct at 182

I have the same issue on FR 955 since last week. No recovery time for zwift workouts.

It appears it only happens with the Zwift workouts. Workouts w the watch are fine.

What HR strap do you use?

Yeah I see no issues on my last gravel ride tracked on my Edge device. I use a HRM Pro + strap for all workouts.

I use HRM Pro + too on the bike but Tickr on the Trainer. I hoped maybe using HRM on the trainer could solve but apparently not

I have also filed a bug report with no response yet. This issue makes the training status etc. useless for me
