Notification at waypoints

Do tou see the pop-up notifications on watch regarding turns and waypoints?

How have you configured settings-> system-> sound and vibe-> Alert tones? Cant be off.

I don't get the pop up notifications regarding the turns and waypoints. 

And yes the alert tones are on.

Maybe you don't have any course/waypoints in the course file. Do you create your course in Connect and if so, have you enabled turn notifications?

It looks like routes loaded from Komoot don't work with waypoint notifications. You have to download the gpx, open it in Connect, turn on the notifications and then load the file to the 965.

I woud like Garmin to make this easier. For the money you have to pay for this watch, you might expect this to work... 

How do you load komoot routes onto your 965?

I have an automatic sync between garmin and komoot, an do get tbt notifications.

I used to use the komoot app, but not anymore.

I also used the Komoot app. Now I download the gpx from Komoot and then open it in the Connect app.

If you connect garmin connect and komoot, you should not need to download the gpx and manually open it in the connect app. See the link I added.

That's the way I always did it. That dindn't work.

Do you use it with A Forerunner 965

Yes. And also with my previous watch, a forerunner 935.
