I caught a cold and kept home yesterday => 966 active kcal says my watch: the same if I had ran 12 km!

With a cold, I was at home where I did no exercise and I was often asleep.

I've been surprised to see my watch telling me that I'd spent nothing less than 966 active kcal (for a total of 2,828 for that day).
A number that I reach a day I run 12 km.

Usually at home, when I do nothing, active kcal goes from 1 to 20, not over.
