Training effect - why a base run is recorded as lactate threshold?

Hi,

I am trying to work out how the watch characterizes Training Effect? I’m finding many of my ‘base runs’ are being recorded as ‘impacting tempo’ despite the average heart rate being within zone 2?

secondly, I just went for a run 13km with average heart rate of 148=Z2 (my max is 196)  @4:42 pace. It was recorded at “lactate threshold run”. Why wouldn’t this be recorded as a ‘base run’.

FYI-  managed to complete a successful guided lactate threshold run recently which was 170bpm @ 4:35 pace

any help would be appreciated to better understand what is happening.
