After the beta update 17.26 I've noticed my hr on workout like strength and hiit is not accurate .
I'm pushing my limits and my hr is showing 120 bpm where else previously its used to hit 150 range.
I notice this more often on hiit and strength training , I'm running out of breath and the hr rate doesn't reflect as per my usage in previous versions.
I do realize that my overall workout performance may improve but I'm also on progressive overload hence running out breath but HR rate is not accurately describing.
Sometime is spikes from 120 to 145 then drop , not as smooth or accurate it was before as normally train within 150bpm .
