Unfortunately, the GPS all + multi-band is very unstable on a 400m track, so it is not possible to keep the given pace exactly, especially if it is short and alternating. For me, the HRM belt solution is much more stable, but not completely accurate. It measures a constant pace that is 0.15 seconds faster. Unfortunately, it is only possible to calibrate in the case of an indoor treadmill, if it is also HRM pace all, the automatic calibration is invalid. How can I calibrate it to be more accurate? I've been running with a belt for half a year and ran for more than two hours outside :D Thank you.
