Wrong actuality pace

The pace feedback is very bad and completely useless. I run evenly, it shows in the lap times, but the pace jumps between 4:45 and 6:55.

Yes, gps based pace does that.

Buy a footpot. Stryd is the best at the moment, though a bit expensive.

Garmin hrm pro plus I thought this runningdynamics would be better because of dynamics, but according to them, it's not good. Or am I setting it up wrong

Are you using the HRM-PRO for Pace and Distance outdoors also?

What is the setting on the sensors section?

I have Pace and distance set "indoor only" for the HRM

Also is 3D distance and pace "off" on the activity settings?

The 3d is turned off, but I don't know if the hrm pro setting is good, I thought it would automatically take the values from there, because the running balance appeared, which until now was not there

Yes the RD items but it doesn’t do distance and pace from it unless you turn that setting on. It’s under the sensor area on the watch .

i always have mine on ‘indoor only’ as I rely on the GPS readings outdoors but maybe that is something worth trying ?
