How do you accept a phone call during an activity?

It's straightforward outside of an activity, you can see which button accepts or declines the call. During an activity, all I can see is a little popup at the top with the name of the caller, but no indication as to how to take the call. I tried the Start|Stop, Up and Down buttons, but all they do is silence the alert.

I live in Montreal, so I run with a hat on and heavy gloves, so there's no way for me to quickly take the call from my phone or my bluetooth earbuds.

    During an activity, I feel the vibration that I have a call and can see the popup on my watch. It will have the phone icon, the name of the caller, and a down pointing triangle. Then press the down button once so "Accept" should be selected, then press the Start/Stop button to answer. If your earbuds are setup, you should be able to talk and hear the caller at that point. 

    It works 95% of the time. When it doesn't, restarting the watch and the phone fixes it.
