Why do I have such a difference in altitude?
I start my runs on the exact same spot and prep my watch the same way before each run. I start my gps 100m before my starting point so it's has the time to get a good connection. I even stand still at my starting point but it still gives a few meters difference in Altitudes at every run. One day it's 10m ,the next it's 14m.
I also noticed when I'm standing still my pace spikes like I'm moving while I'm not. Not even my arm is moving. Its an open spot without trees or big buildings. These spikes also happen when I'm running and it's quite annoying when I try to hold a certain pace.
I saw a topic about this problem on a FR 255 and the tip was to to clean the sensor hole. But the problem is still there.
