17.24 update not available

I am new to Garmin therefore sorry about the question. I receive my replacement watch couple days ago but the new software are no available yet not via watch not express, still 16.17. How the garmin rollout works? By specific countries? How long it normally take to reach out 100% and where we may see the status?

Interestingly I got a replacement device from Garmin today and it also wont update to 17.24 , via watch / wifi or Express. Even Joined the beta to see if that would kick it off.

Had no such issue with…

Have the same, states the 16.17 is the most recent one.

Had no such issue with my prior device - the replacement device is a support "test" as the swim stroke detection is ....less than accurate.

I hear they pulled the update to fix some bugs

That make sense why it rolled out and now it is not available in any way.

Is it perhaps an APAC version of the 965?

It is written that only 20% of watches got it so I think that we don't need to worry

"Software version 17.24 for the Forerunner 965 is now available and is at 20% Phased Rollout. "

They stopped the rollout due to bugs .

My 965 has just been updated to firmware v17.26 (NOT BETA) via wifi
