Amazon music sync reboots the watch

The title says it all. While connected to both BT and WiFi to sync my purchased list of Amazon music (at roughly 14%) the watch reboots. Every single time.

  • I'm very sorry to hear that! I would like to see if these troubleshooting steps help: 

    1. In the Connect app, go to More > Garmin Devices > FR 965 > Connectivity > WiFi > My Networks > Select yours and "Forget Network"
    2. Power your watch and phone off
    3. Power both devices back on and add your WiFi network back in the app
    4. Attempt to sync an Amazon playlist once more

  • Hey . Thank you for your prompt response. Did follow your steps whereas in step 1 I deleted all 3 of my networks and in step 3 I added only one. Surely enough the watch rebooted again after syncing. Of course you have my permission to reach to me. I will be sharing my email in PM. Cheers.

    [UPDATE]: I am unable to send you PM from the messages. Everytime I select new message and find you and select to send you it reverts to empty sender. So please get in touch if I can be of further assistance in debugging this.

  • Thank you . As suggested, before going through the whole 'debugging' process the update to FW 17.26 solved the crashing problem for me and I synced the list successfully.

    I have not experienced better support from a company and its support stuff. I could've lived without the music (I rarely use it in my runs) but still the communication has been perfect, so keep the good job.
