Cadence 0 during a run

My new 965 is not measuring cadence during a run.

Please look at the image below.

What should I do? Is there any fix for it?

Using software version 17.24. The version before this one was with the same problem. Cannot recall which version number was it.

I will try reloading the firmware.
However, the steps count is working. If the accelerometer is problematic, wouldn't the steps count also be problematic?

that's not normal. you may need to re-load the firmware? or call Garmin on this one. could be a bad accelerometer in the watch. this is not a typical issue.

1st run after 17.26 and there is no longer the cadence problem.
