fw 17.24 wrist HR doesn't work anymore

Since this upgrade my wrist HR doesn't work anymore at all.

The green / red backside led are very weak and the HR rate is not displayed on the screen.

the problem come back after 4 hours.
I am upstet, I spent 2 hours to reconfigure the watch!

I found something.

If I set pulse OX to all day, wrist HR doesn't work.

If I set on demand, wrist HR works

No issue for me , did you do a soft reset ?

Yes I did twice but it didn’t solve the problem

I fix the problem by a factory reset

I found something.

It is not fixed with FW 17.26

I'm sorry to hear about this. We have been tracking a few similar reports. Please reply to your Product Support agent to let them know this is not fixed.

This evening I enrolled in beta program and install 18.12 firmware but now, wrist HR sensor doesn’t work at all anymore.

no light on the back watch.

i did a reboot, 2 factory reset but not fixed.

i don’t know what i can do now
