Is there a way to copy daily suggested workouts for later use?
I don't think you can do this automatically, but recreating the workouts manually is easy. The overall set of options is not too large, so after creating a few workouts for main types you can reuse those with minor tweaks (or even none).
I totally agree that saving a suggested workout would be a good option, maybe file a feature request? It would let me set the right power target, which is nonsensical in my case - threshold is not threshold ;-) So I would totally upvote a feature like this. Even though I am using TrainerRoad these days, as I think a plan - just adaptive and with ad-hoc options when I want - is much better.
