Because the Garmin products dont know the Bluetooth FTMS protocol, only the ANT+ FE-C is supported, but the Magene doesnt work on ANT+ (due to missing licence i think, it is cheaper without it :) ). You can control your trainer via mobile phone or tablet or computer with BT stick and a training app
