Yes, it happened to me twice. Not sure if the first time was after an update, crash, restart, or just taking the watch off, though. What happens in my case, is that the watch stops tracking my heart rate, and hence also misses sleep data like sleep times, score or battery. It seems to get fixed by going to the heart rate glance, but I am not at all happy about randomly losing data.
