Bug: earphone's Bluetooth connection unstable with 965 while stable with 955 - OpenRun Pro S810 bone conduction

My OpenRun Pro S810 always worked well with my old FR955.

Two weeks ago when I changed to FR965 (firmware 16.17), the earphone's BT connection with the watch during running or cycling always broke after several seconds or minutes even if I reconnected it, or even deleted the earphone and paired it again. Turning off the BT of the accompanied mobile did not help either.

Could Garmin people here or anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks

no help here. But I have Aftershokz (the ones that look like the open run, but are really the prior model, air-something?), and the connection is very stable.

I got the same with my 'Jabra Elite 7 Active' and my FR965 (firmware 16.17), i'm hoping that the spotify "Fixes some Spotify and related music issues." announced in firmware 17.18, will fix this.
