UI not smooth

Not had such an issue myself. Mine is very smooth.

What FW are you on?

Have you done a soft reset?

Sw 16.17. 

And scrolling with Touch is Always laggy.

I am restarting my watch every day. 

Holding light button in until watch shuts down fully then restarting after say 15 secs?

Yes, you are right the ui is a bit laggy. To restart the watch is not helping here...

You might try clearing out the activities on the watch. 

Settings > History > Options > Delete All Activities > Followed by a restart. 

I do this ever 2 or 3 months. Seems to help a lot with the UI. No detectable lag. Know that it will take a few days to build up history for some statistics on the watch.

Mine’s laggy too. I just get used to it sadly. I think it’s a little bit better on 17 beta

I think this all depends on contrast.   Does mine lag, maybe the odd frame drop very infrequently.  

On a phone I notice the difference between 30 and 60 fps.  I don’t notice any difference between 60 and 120.  If you do notice a difference, there is a far greater chance you will notice the watch dripping the odd frame here and there.  

Yea, there could be a bug causing it but like everything, small performance drops are perceived more by certain people.  

I'm on my second 965. Both show lag in the UI, specially with scrolling. The first one ha d it more, but that one I upgraded a few times and installed beta versions of 16.xx. The new one came with final version of 16.xx installed and I'm not installing beta's again, to keep the number of updates to a minimum. (and garmin isn't doing anything with bugs you report anyway)

It’s interesting how we have different experiences.  I have no lag to speak of no bugs for my usage    Good for me I guess.
