Can't join beta program

Hi,

I've had the 965 for a couple of months and joined the beta program immediately. Due to an issue with events I did a full device reset. Now when I try to rejoin the beta program, I get the following message.

"Unable to Complete Enrollment

This device cannot be enrolled in the Garmin beta software program at this time. It may no longer be receiving beta software, or the maximum number of enrolled users may have been met."

I don't know whether the above error message is accurate and Garmin literally has restricted the beta program, or some issue from me having reset an enrolled device.

Has anyone joined the beta program within the last day or so?

I would try to unregister the device on the Garmin site completely initially. You do this on the Garmin.com site and sign in then look under Account / Data Management (Manage your data) / View Your data…

Thanks for checking, likely due to the reset. Do I need to contact support or post on the 965 beta community thread?

I would try to unregister the device on the Garmin site completely initially. You do this on the Garmin.com site and sign in then look under Account / Data Management (Manage your data) / View Your data / Device Information.

Then reregister as if new device from the start.

Or yes you could call support or try the beta forum.

I removed and reregistered the device, as you suggested. It worked, and I've now rejoined the beta program. Thanks so much!
