Weather

Hi, I have the watch paired with an IPhone 12, I can't see the weather, I keep trying sync but it doesn't work. Do you have any solutions ? Thanks

Is the GC App open on the phone?

Are location settings for the GC App in the iPhone settings set to Always on?

Have you tried to do a soft reset of the device (hold in light button until the watch fully powers off , then restart after say 15s)
