Who can explain how it is possible

Same route, almost same time, same elevation profile reported by watch. But different total elevation ? (2.5x difference)

Recently noticed a way too high elevation also, used the elevation correction function within Strava and the elevation changed from 186meters to 12meters.
Now I calibrated the elevation sensor using GPS, I have auto calibration on. Need to test further if this helped.
Today a family walk, the recorded 95 meters elevation gain is reduced to three meters using the elevation correction function within Strava. My wife's Garmin Venu 2s recorded an elevation gain of 2 meters
Its not my case. Calibration will not solve issue. Because elevation profile almost perfect. Problem seems that garmin use 2 sources for elevation. One for "elevation profile" second for "total elevation" and last one is buggy.
