Double press Light button shows rings, what are they?

Double-pressing the Light/top left button opens a screen with a ring in 8 sections with a + button, pressing that adds more rings until it shows - (minus), which goes back down to a set of red rings.

I can't find what this is in the manual, is it something to do with a bike light?

I discovered it a few nights ago. I think, like you, it is some sort of night light. It also has the red ring as a back light.

Nice feature. Used it last night in a dark bedroom to find my charging cable on the floor. Handy to have a little flashlight in the watch.
