Is there a way to stop "Pool Swimming" asking for External HR each time?

Using "Pool Swimming" Activity at the end it always searches for an External HR reading , then one has to respond in the negative.

Is there a setting to disable this ? I haven't been able to find anything under the activity settings.

Seems an unnecessary step each time.

The only way I have found to do this is to switch the HRM Strap "off" in the main watch settings. (I don't have the HRM near the pool, but it searches for it post swim)

It doesn't ask to pair. It asks if you want to download HR data from a paired chest strap. This only happens when you have paired an external chest strap with offline…

I confirmed with Support the fact that there is no way in the activity itself to tell it that an external HRM is not to be

Interesting. I use the watch's OHR, and while it's often inaccurate, it never asks me to pair my External HR strap when starting a pool swim activity. ??/

Just hit cancel or turn off the HR in sensor and accesoriies, there isn't any other way to turn off the message.

How to turn it off? I can only remove it on my 955.
