My understanding from previous research is that during a run with a PacePro Plan, if the "Overall Ahead" data field shows a negative number, it means (confusingly) that I am running faster than the target/planned pace(s). However, this morning I was running faster that the target pace(s) and during all this time, the "Overall ahead" field was showing "1:44" and other positive numbers for different splits and I finally finished the course about 1 min ahead of target time. Has Garmin changed this recently to remove the negative sign to make it less confusing? Or do I urgently need an eye-test? [I'm on version 16.16]
