Cant lower music volume FR 965

Hello,

I'm using FR 965 with HUAWEI Freebuds 3i. The music plays nicely howevery I've noticed that i cant lower the music volume.

Is this an issue that is already recognised and worked on?

Currently the music plays so loud that it is unberable to listen to it.

Hopefully someone else can chime in as I'm not totally sure about this, but I think I remember reading someone else having a similar issue with another brand of bluetooth headphones. It was a problem on the headphone brand's end. I think they later came out with an update to allow it to work properly. Maybe you can try them with another set of headphones if you have them to see if it's the headphones?

Same problem with my 265 - I just realized that I am unable to lower the music.
