I just got my new FR965 watch ( i think it did update itself but i'm sure as i was doing lot's of things in same time). What I find strange is that it says i have software version 4.21. While all i see here is that 4.19 should be the latest. Is it possible ? Or did I get some counterfeit ?

There is no issue, so I apologize for the confusion. Software version 4.21 was released in the factory to support manufacturing, and the features are identical to 4.19.
I received my watch a few days ago with v4.21 already installed:

maybe there's nothing to fix. We just have to wait for the next version to show up ( maybe even that is the reason there is still no sign on beta for 965 with endurance score etc.)
