Bug: Map touch too sensitive during activities

I've noticed that sometimes the handy feature to tap the map to enable panning/zooming during activities goes haywire and will activate without me touching the screen. I suppose it's possible a drop of sweat is landing on the screen?

Either way, it's extremely annoying to have to press "Back" to switch to another data screen when that wasn't my intention.

If you get unintentional touches during an activity because of sweat or similar, maybe it's best to disable touch for that activity. Accidental touches can have worse side effects than just entering the map zoom mode (like changing data fields etc.).
