Black screen with no flash green on the sensor

Hi,

I have the latest Garmin FR965 software update. My watch often went to black screen and need to hard reset it. But today, my watch suddenly went to black screen without green flash light turn on. I tried to connect with external power but did not turn on automatically. Also, no responses during hard reset.

Any suggestion?

yup, but its weekend. its so frustating that it did not function properly during weekend.

problem solved. They replace my FR965. They did not disclosed what happen as well.
