How are people finding the stress sensor?

In general, my Fenix 6 was pretty good, and the stress metric tracked closely to how I was feeling, medication, drinking, good/bad sleep etc.

My 965, however, seems to always have me high, typically 30-50 (orange), even when I'm sleeping. This started with the new watch, even though I don't feel any different. Health-wise I know there aren't any new/unexpected things happening underneath (i.e. know from doctors).

It's an issue because stress feeds into so many of the other metrics, like recovery time, training readiness, and the suggested workouts.

My HR sensor seems fine and behaves normally.

Anyone else find stress on the 965 is a little sensitive and overestimated? Anything I can do to re-calibrate or reset it?
