Forerunner 965 not syncing Triathlon data

I have had no problem with my Forerunner 965 so far, but last Saturday the data from a Triathlon workout, which are perfectly stored in the history on the watch, do not transfer to Garmin Connect Mobile. Please help.

No permanent solution. However, you potentially can minimize this error with the following:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
If you use an HRM-Pro, Pro Plus, Tri, or Swim, these can cause corrupt activity fit files
- Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
- Update the HRM firmware Updating Software on the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus
- During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
- If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support

I had to guess on the sessions, but this is close. If desired you can fine tune it by editing in Garmin Connect Web,

thank you so much, you made my day. Any idea why it happened? I used the triathlon function on my 965 with automatic detection of change of sport. 3 weeks ago it worked well, this time not, during the run I had only screens with 0 figures .....

Following this threat as I have the same issue with the 965 today. My old 935 would synch Tri data without any issue. I hope Garmin will step up here, this manual upload and fixing individual files nonsense is rather frustrating.
