Forerunner 965 not syncing Triathlon data

I have had no problem with my Forerunner 965 so far, but last Saturday the data from a Triathlon workout, which are perfectly stored in the history on the watch, do not transfer to Garmin Connect Mobile. Please help.

I can't tell you,why the Triathlon is not synced to Garmin Connect. However you can do that manualy. First connect your watch to your PC. Than navigate in the file explorer to the folder "Garmin" -> "Activities". You will see a lot of activities (as "*fit" files.). Mark and copy themultisport activity of your triathlon an copyit to your PC. Now open Garmin Connect on your PC (Internet Browser: https://connect.garmin.com/) and login. Once you arel ogged in, you will find a symbol "cloud with an arrow" at the upper right. Click here. You now can upload the file you copiedfrom your watch. That's it.

As MarkusD already mentioned, I'd first try a manual upload to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. In that case, please attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Is it possible that this forum is really buggy? I received an e-mail that someone has mentioned me in a forum post (the post below). But this account (MarkusD) has not posted the message above) (seems to be that multiple accounts can have the same Username?!?)

It would appear so, but they are actually different usernames.

I finally got the .fit file from the watch as you and MarkusD suggested. Garmin Connect said the file format isn't recognized. So as by your suggestion I posted it here (2023-05-27-16-00-06.fit.zip

I hope it can be repaired.
