Any ideas here.
Easy run in zone 2. My running power shows it as maximum for rhe whole run. Im pretty sure this isn’t correct.
My watch also shows my lactate threshold as a manually added amount. I don’t recall ever entering this value. It’s currently 168bpm at 4.33 a km.
Since having the watch my vo2 max figure has fallen by 3 and I have an aerobic overage. What’s going on?
