When I edit my sleeping hours for a single day, the additional hours are all considered as sleep, regardless of the true activity of that day

With a default sleeping hours for each day (=> set on the Calendar to [22:30 - 07:30] for each day of week), I've spent a night recorded by my Forerunner 965 watch [23:00 - 08:35] for only 4 h 53 min of sleep, because I awaken during that night.

But I did two naps during the day where I came to bed at 22h30. So I've edited my sleeping hours for that day, with Garmin Connect, to [12:00 - 08:35]

  1. I didn't find a way to edit that hours in the watch itself for that 14th, May only. I was able to do this with my previous Forerunner 55.
  2. When I'm doing so, changing to 22h30 to 12h00, both watch and Garmin Connect respond: you slept 15h53, considering all extra time like light sleeping.
  3. The Forerunner 55 wasn't tricked : it would have summed the real sleeping time, and would have returned me something like 7h10, for example.

What's happening? How can I get the good behavior ?
