Have been using a plethora of Garmin devices since the Training Readiness future was introduced, and I've pretty much always started the day with a high score. But the last week or so, the TR score is like the very low end of the scale, and the recovery time is always super high.
I don't do any crazy anaerobic exercising, although I walk about 30-35 km every day, and do some spinning. Yes I know i never give my body much rest, but I really don't think this should affect the TR that much, and especially not just suddenly. I had some hikes where the OHR showed some way to high numbers and therefore gave me a much higher training load, but that can't be the reason alone.
Anybody else noticing that the algorithms might have changed?
