I woke up this morning and found that my steps were constantly increasing, even though I was sitting and watching the steps displayed on the Connect app. Interestingly, my steps only increase when I move my arm, and they don't increase if I don't move it. So, does the Garmin Forerunner965 watch rely solely on the swing of the arm to calculate steps? If so, it's not as accurate as the $40 wristband I bought.
