Not sure how Garmin defines "vigorous" activity, but just running every day does not cut it in my opinion. Vigorous exercise is something like interval work or a race, running at or above your lactate…

I spent one hours with on-line chat with a Garmin rep. He was unable to help. I later found a workaround to the bug:
I entered a new weigh-in, and my vigorous days went back to 2.2! I later deleted the new weigh-in, and the vigorous days remained at 2.2. Problem solved, but this is clearly a bug, as weight does not relate to days of activity.
Especially if you have some method to reproduce this, please report it as bug report in the garmin beta forum!
