Recommended AOD settings and watch faces

I just received my 965 and I'm unsure if I'll use AOD or non AOD gesture mode - or keep my 955. On my old watch I used Data Lover watch face and it seems to work nicely with the 965 too. With AOD it only shows time and max 2 other values when not activated by gesture. This is completely sufficient for me, only issue is that even with gestures disabled in watch settings it wakes up when I move my hand. Not sure if this a bug I found here in forum or if the screen is intent to wake up even with gestures disabled.

Are there any other tricks to get AOD to last longer? I really only need time on my display all the time, would be nice to have more values with touching/pressing a button.

If you are on 3.58 that should be a bug, I am on beta 4.15 and it is mostly fixed. Better than before for sure.

There are a few new watch faces with custom settings for the AOD mode, look at Coros Apex Like, Easy Round for example, you can decide how many values you want to display in AOD mode.
