My headphones keep disconnecting (Shokz and AirPods Pro 2) from the 965. I noticed is a couple of weeks ago *after* upgrading to the 4.12 beta. The 4.15 beta hasn't helped. (I filed a bug report in the beta forums.)
What happens is that the music will be playing fine (either Amazon Music or mp3s), and then the headphones will disconnect. Eventually they'll reconnect and if I hot play the music will start again. After a bit of time, the headphones will disconnect again. Both headphones work fine on the 955.
Is anyone experiencing anything similar?
As an aside, I've started to suspect that it's a hardware issue and put in a request for a replacement after messaging someone from support. Garmin processed the request, but with this caveat –
"Alright and when you get your replacement watch and it still does not work. You are more than welcome to contact us back in but I recommend using other headphones as we will not exchange it for you again."
This is one of the worst customer service interactions I've had in quite some time.
