Swim workouts do not sync

Hey everyone,

 As a happy owner of both the 945 and 965, I've been very happy with my Garmin experience so far. However, I recently encountered an issue that I'm hoping some of you might be able to help me with.

My swim workouts, which used to sync seamlessly with my 945, aren't showing up on my 965. These workouts are coming from TrainingPeaks, and I've confirmed that they're being received on my end. I'm just not seeing them on my device.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue, and if so, how you were able to resolve it. Additionally, I'm curious if anyone knows of a way to check my workout calendar to confirm if my workouts have been synced properly.

  • Hi, I have Running workouts from TP that come into the Training calendar , if they are correctly set up as workouts. They only do so for a two week period as I have it. 

    I check that they are on Garmin Connect App. Do you see them on the GC App. Select the Calendar at the base and make sure they show as there in the future.  If they are not showing there then it is an issue with the sync between TP and GC or the way the workouts in TP are set up.

    If they are there they should sync with the watch when GC syncs. They do also show on the GC web platform for me.

    On the watch if you select and Activity , then the up botton , select Training , then Training Calendar (down a few on the list), you should be able to see them there also.
