Is there a data field for navigation next turn e.g. left / straight / right and distance to turn?

When following a course I'd like to be able to see a data field for left / right straight on and distance to that next turn. Is it possible to set this up? I don't always want to be on the map screen I'd like to be able to see my time and pace at the same time as the next navigation turn. Thanks.

You can add two data fields, "distance to the next waypoint" and "next crossroads". I've translated in English from Italian so not sure if in English they are exactly like I say
