The clock freezes every time I press CONFIGURE MAPS

Custom Map is fine with my old 945 but it freezes every time I press CONFIGURE MAPS with my NEW 965.

I heard same issue on 955 but wonder no fix for a year.

Please, anyone who experiences the freezing issue, write here in the forum, that you give permission to Garmin to reach you out. They cannot contact you further without this permission.

Hi. I'm also getting the freeze when I go to "Configure Maps". I have a custom map installed from OSM. The map is installed on my Garmin 955 (FW 15.17) but I can't view the map since I can't configure…

Same thing here. Watch freezes and reboots with installed osm map when trying to configure maps. Works fine again when custom map is removed. I’m fine to be contacted via mail for this issue

Same problem here. I have installed TopoGalicia 2.5 official maps, legal, paid (no pirate stuff!!), in my BaseCamp on Windows; after that, from BaseCamp I have installed TopoGalicia 2.5 maps to FR965; no errors, no warnings in the process, BUT when I try manage maps on the watch, it freezes and resets :-(( No problem about Garmin tecniciens contact me or access my Garmin system information/data to solve this problem.

Please contact me too if required. Running firmware 4.16 and copied manually one garmin compatible map file from opentopomaps. Configure (to enable/disable maps) maps in an acticity freezes the device.

Same problem here. Brand new FR 965 and Utagawa maps. Please contact me if needed.
