Apologies, I am going around in circles. I have ready LTHR is the best way to determine HR zones. My question is, does the 965 calculate a LTHR when out on runs that are more than 20 minutes? I don't want to build in tests often (unless that is the right thing to do) if the watch calculates it anyway. My issue is it appears my LHTR has't changed in months locked in at 165.
I am not sure if I have a historic value that won't change as I use the 965 or whether I just need to be patient. I have a TrainingPeaks account (no understanding of the data) and it gives me a new HR threshold (not sure if that is the same) and it is generally 161-167 etc.
