Auto activity tracking

How come the forerunner 965 does not have auto activity tracking for walks and runs like the vivoactive or venu at much lower price points?

No, it is a variant of Move IQ but actually records an activity after for example 10 minutes of walking, like samsung galaxy or apple watches. Move IQ on forerunners do not record anything. Apparently, it is only available on venu and vivoactive. vívoactive® 3 | Garmin Customer Support
