Mine arrived this morning, pre-ordered from Wiggle in the UK.
i have heard March 27 thrown out as the real date of availability on several sites. in my experience, REI is really good about delivery/ship dates, so hopeful for you.
Where are you seeing 2-3 weeks? Here in the US, their website reports 5-8 weeks; I've also chatted with their customer service, who have said to expect late April. I'd love to see if earlier, though, and…
Looks like we finally have some in the land of Oz, I had ordered 3rd of March and they shipped yesterday on the 4th of April. A little over a month, better late then never I guess 
And still nothing is happening in good old europe. Neither at the local dealers nor online the watch is available. 
Even at garmin's own site the expected availability varies from day to day, sometimees 3-5 weeks, then 1-3 days, a day later it is back at 3-5 weeks.
Would order in the UK, if wiggle allowed it
