Garmin continues with its 2-3 weeks for availability, and no information in other online shops.

Any other information?

i have heard March 27 thrown out as the real date of availability on several sites. in my experience, REI is really good about delivery/ship dates, so hopeful for you.

Where are you seeing 2-3 weeks? Here in the US, their website reports 5-8 weeks; I've also chatted with their customer service, who have said to expect late April. I'd love to see if earlier, though, and…

In Australia Garmin’s website started at 1-3 days for all three colours. Now that’s 5-8 weeks. So I assume we’re going to start hearing from the first owners very soon.

The Irish Garmin website started at 2-3 weeks, then went to 5-8 weeks & has come back to 3-5 weeks when I checked just now. Keeps us guessing!

In Garmin Germany shows 7-10 days!

That's for the yellow and white version, black version ist still 3 - 5 weeks on the german site. Fingers crossed we'll get our hands on the new toys soon.

here in italy my favorite online retailer already allows the purchase specifying that shipping will start at the end of march

well just to test the process here in the US, I ordered a white 965 on the REI website, to see how long it would take, the process, etc. Of course there's no shipping detail yet - still just shows the generic 'backordered' status, with no estimated shipping dates. Pretty much what I'm expecting at this stage in the product.... we'll see.....
