Support for custom maps.

One question I ask myself is if the FR 965 will have the same problems as the FR 955 in recognizing free third-party maps

Hi, i'm interesting by FR965, can you explain the issue with FR955 and third-party map ?

Which one do you use ? I'm using MapRando on the F6Pro and it works perfectly.

Pues uso mapas de www.alternativaslibres.org basados en Open Street Maps y cuando lo instalo el FR 955 al ir a configuración de mapas , el reloj se me congela y se reinicia. Yo también tengo yn Fenix 6 pro y ahí funcionan sin problema. Saludos

Hi, is it possible for you to test the MapRando for your country ? (which country is it ?)

I saw many comments on french Facebook group from users using this one wothout issue. I will put a question in these groups to be sure.

Uso mapas para España y Pirineos España y Francia. Si lo instalo lo comento, pero casi seguro que da fallos en el FR955 hasta que no corrijan el error de Software.

I installed 3-4 different maps on my 955. Some of them I used befor on my F6 did not work at all and watch froze. Then some maps just disappeared, depending on how many I had installed. Plenty of free space. If I remove one map, another suddenly appeared again. This is a known problem with 955 since the release, search the 955 forum.
