I previously had the majority of my songs on this watch 2.1k or so using Garmin Express. Even with repeat off the same songs kept replaying day after day. I wanted to try create a playlist and see if playing the songs through there would make the songs not repeat.
Once I loaded the playlist with 2.1k songs using Garmin Express onto the watch I went into my music on the watch and selected the playlist. It started loading all the songs took minutes. After this the watch was extremely slow to navigate the menus. I guess the CPU was struggling with this many songs and at this point I thought I destroyed the watch with so many songs...
I could not connect back to Garmin Express to try to remove the songs. The watch kept freezing. I ended up formatting the watch and trying a restore. The restore isn't the greatest it said some settings weren't transferred. I had to manually re-apply my old watch face but it retained the layout settings. Touch controls were re-enabled even though in the setting it was off, retoggled it to get it to turn off. Had to resync my headphones.
Does anyone know how to get their watch to play songs through the entire song list without it repeating?
